Payments & Refunds

Deposits - Deposit payments are non-refundable. If a photo/video session has to be cancelled by the customer, RekHavoc Media will work with the customer to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Final Payment - Final payment is due on the day of the photo/video session. Final payment are non-refundable.

Photo Release

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer hearby consents and authorizes RekHavoc Media to use the customer's likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media in all of RekHavoc Media's publications including print or web-based publications. 

 

The customer irrevocably authorizes RekHavoc Media to copy, edit, enhance, crop or otherwise alter any photo or video for RekHavoc Media's publications. Customer also waives any rights for approval or inspection of any photos/videos used in RekHavoc Media's publications.

 

The customer understands and agrees that all photos/videos are the property of RekHavoc Media.

 

The customer acknowledges that this release has been entered into voluntarily and the customer is not entitled to any royalties or compensation in relation to Rekhavoc Media's use of the photos/videos.

The customer agrees to release and forever RekHavoc Media and its affiliates, successors, affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which the customer and anyone claiming on behalf of the customer, may have or claim to have against RekHavoc Media in connection with this release.

 

The customer acknowledges that the terms and conditions have been carefully read and fully understands the provisions of this release and is freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this release.

Travel

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer hearby agrees to pay for all travel surcharges and fees related to the photo-shoot. For travel within Florida, the customer agrees to pay a $50 surcharge for any travel 25+ miles outside of zip code 33619 in addition to any flights, rental car expenses, gas, mileage, parking and tolls. Travel expenses must be paid in advance prior to the date of travel. For travel outside of Florida, the client agrees to pay a $50 surcharge in addition to $20/hour for travel time to and from the photo/video shoot location along with any costs for flights, rental car expenses, gas, mileage, parking and tolls. Out-of-state travel expenses must be paid 48 hours prior to the date of travel. All in-state and out-of-state travel fees will be agreed upon in advance and are non-refundable upon payment.
